Assemble Instructions!

  1. To start, attach double-sided tape or liquid glue to the chipboard (10″ by 6″ for the CHIPBOARD covers )placed in the middle of the black 80lb cardstock 11.5″X 7.5″, repeat the same step with the spine (10″ X 1.5″ Spine) – black 80lb cardstock 11.5″ X 3″ (SPINE).
  2. Then, apply double-sided tape or liquid glue around the entire 3/4″ perimeter of the cardstock left around the chipboard- I like to add my double-sided tape and miter the corners using the Book Cover Guide tool from We R Memory Keepers.
  3. To add the spine and covers together, you will need that paper measuring- 6″X 9 7/8″ Score at 2 1/8″ X 3 7/8 ” start by adding the spine centered in the middle of that paper. Then, it’s cover, spine then cover, leave about 1/8″ between the covers.
  4. On my outside covers I used the paper with all the florals patterned and stitching- I also stitched zigzag around the borders using my sewing machine.
  5. Pages, three 80lb, Cardstock Black 9 7/8″ X 12″ Score 1/2″ and 6 1/2″(Pages) – Adhere, double-sided tape to the 1/2″ and place them on the spine, one after the other leaving a little space at the front at the end.
  6. Lastly, matt all the pages and inside the album and embellish to your taste, if you have magnets to keep the pages close that is also an option.
